6 foot, 220lb man. Shirt fit great! Arms are nice and snug. Not too tight at stomach. Quality is fine. It is a thicker cotton material built to last. It doesn’t seem to stretch or shrink in wash. The logo is a small tag at the bottom

The size S fit perfectly, right in line with the size guide. As for the fabric, it does feel a bit thicker than a regular tee, though not so heavy that it’s uncomfortable, a good balance between structure and comfort. The dark heather gray color matches the photos exactly, and the cut is clean, not too tight or too loose.

I bought this 3- pack looking for good quality basic tees for everyday wear and I’m really happy with them…
What I liked most:
Fabric and weight, these are true heavyweight tees( 60% cotton, 40% polyester on the body) they feel thick, soft and substantial without being stiff. No see-through issues.
Comfort, nice stretch thanks to the spandex in the rib, very comfortable all day, the neck holds its shape well.
Washing,I washing them several times and they keep their color and’s shape with no fading or shrinking.
Fit, size S fits me slightly relaxed/oversized, which I like for casual wear, good length and shoulder fit

These shirts are so soft and so well made! I love that the inside is soft and isn’t scratchy. They have the label at the bottom and are more of a heavy weight shirt. I washed them and they didn’t seem to shrink coming out of the dryer so I think these are going to be good shirts to wear daily!

If you’re looking for a heavyweight staple then these t shirts are a great choice. The stitching is solid and they are thick material. The fabric is soft but does shrink a little on first wash. I’d say they are true to size but would like the neck to not be as tight. Great to wear as an undershirt or on its own!

Modern fold is a great shirt. It fits tighter in the chest and more room for my stomach. I would recommend these shirts to other guys looking for the same fit.

These dark heather grey shirts from Modern Fold are incredible! They are super soft, lightweight, wrinkle-free, and perfect for workouts. For reference I’m 6’4” and 205 pounds and went with the large, and the fit is genuinely great through the shoulders and body, trim without clinging, the only note being I wouldn’t complain about another inch of length for my frame, though it’s stayed put through daily wear without riding up and I’m happy with it. The fabric weight is what separates these from the multipack tees I’ve cycled through for years, the heavyweight material has real substance in hand and on the body, draping cleanly with a structured look instead of the clingy tissue paper feel of standard tees, and after a couple months of regular rotation and washing there’s zero sign of the thinning, neck stretching or seam twist that murders cheaper shirts by autumn. The collar deserves specific praise, it lies flat and springs back after every wash rather than bacon-curling, and the reinforced shoulder seams show no strain from my broader frame. Getting three identical shirts means my go to tee is always clean, and the heather gray works both solo and layered under flannels now that evenings are cooler. The cotton polyester blend breathes well enough for warm days while feeling soft from the first wear, and tagless means no neck sticker itch. Honest notes, taller guys like me should know the length runs standard rather than tall. The heavier fabric takes slightly longer to dry. And heather gray shows sweat more than solid darks on brutal days. For substantial everyday tees that hold their shape and fit a bigger frame, these have worked well for me and I’d recommend them.

These shirts are well made and are not cheap feeling at all. They are pretty thick fabric and I'll probably only use them in the fall winter and spring. I mean I would wear them in the summer but not as an undershirt and only as a t-shirt. But these are awesome as undershirts and definitely help keep me warm. I highly recommend this three pack and I'm very impressed with them.

Prior to trying these shirts I had never heard of Modern Fold. That definitely won't be the case anymore! When I ordered these, I had assumed that these would be a package of grey under shirts that I'd wear under something else. While I'll still do that, these are of such great quality, comfort, softness, and over all color and shape that I have worn them as my primary t-shirt (didn't need to hide them under anything). I didn't have any problem with them shrinking and they held their shape, cuffs, etc. just fine. My normal size worked just great as well. No need to go up or down.
If you're looking for a t-shirt that you care wear under something, you can totally do that. If you're looking for a nice looking, solid colored t-shirt that can stand on its own? This is totally your go to shirt!

I've been wearing these shirts for a few weeks as casual everyday T shirts. They fit true to size, and the material is definitely thicker than a standard T shirt. They have a fairly stiff feel to them rather than being soft, so they hold their shape reasonably well.
After washing, they held up fairly well overall, although I did notice some shrinkage. That wasn't unexpected given the fabric, but it is worth keeping in mind if you're between sizes.
My biggest complaint is the overall quality of the cut and construction. The shirts don't seem to be cut consistently, and mine weren't even symmetrical from side to side. They give the impression of being made from overstock or factory seconds rather than a well finished premium heavyweight shirt. While the fabric is thick, it doesn't have the dense, high quality feel I associate with better heavyweight cotton.
They're still wearable for casual use, but I don't think the overall construction matches what I expected. If you're simply looking for a thicker everyday T shirt, these may be adequate, but I was disappointed by the inconsistent fit and overall quality.

These shirts are definitely heavyweight as advertised. The fabric feels substantial and has a slightly wooly texture, so they do have more structure than a typical lightweight T-shirt.
That said, the fit did not work well for me. I ordered a size larger than I normally wear because I wanted them to fit loosely and breathe a little better, but even before washing they still did not fit me very comfortably. They are plenty long enough but bind a bit under the arm. If they shrink even moderately, I expect they will be too small for me.
At around $20 per shirt, I was expecting something a little more special. They are not bad shirts, but to me they feel more like basic heavy T-shirts rather than a premium value product. Overall, they may work well for someone who specifically wants a thick, structured shirt, but they were not the right choice for me.
