Shipping policy

OVERVIEW

All orders are shipped from the USA.

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options. Every day we deliver to customers across the US, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

Please note that we currently only ship in the US, and the time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts, processing and shipping time.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 36 hours after the order is placed. Additionally, please note that processing time is also based on business days — Monday to Friday. For example, if you place an order on Friday evening, Saturday, or Sunday, the processing time starts on Monday.

SHIPPING TIME

This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped to the destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 2 and 6 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

FREE SHIPPING

Orders over $99 qualify for free shipping. Free shipping promotions are available on domestic shipments only.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently only ship in the US.
